Greg,
Hows the checkering on your pro compared to others? I had a TRP for awhile (wish I still had) that was annoyingly aggressive and I don't have "soft" hands. All my other pieces, as well as some buddies guns, with checkering never bother me. Just the TRP.
I'm not Greg but I've owned a TRP and have handled and shot the PRO enough time to know that the checkering on both guns (20LPI) are sharp and aggressive. If the checkering on the TRP bothers you, the PRO will do too. I sold the TRP for that reason. I jokingly offered to buy Greg's gun, only if he sells it to me at my price so I can flip it.

That's interesting Sam, Thanks. Thought maybe I just wasn't as tough as I like to think, which still might be true.
Curious to gauge Greg's thoughts now that he has north of 5k on this bad boy.
The TRP checkering always seemed aggressive to me except when shooting it then I never notice. But if I remember correctly, my Pro is not as aggressive as my TRP. Its good but not too much. It’s possibke I’m wrong because like I said, never bothered me.
I just read on a 1911 forum both have same LPI, But the Pro is done by hand and not as tuff on the hand vs machined. Now this is inter web info so.....

Unlike Sam I have manly hands so it seems fine to me.
