    King Cobra coming 2019

Not sure if it's been posted already, but I just had a supplier call me and ask if I wanted any. $900 ish street price. Attached is the preview pic I was sent. I want one, and I think they will be well received. Colt has not informed my supplier of a delivery date, but are saying first quarter 2019.

It does draw my interest. Being that I know nothing about revolvers, how would I find this different than buying a Smith & Wesson 686?

I’ll let others do the beta testing on these new Colt revolvers. I played with a new Cobra, and was let down by the trigger as well as the overall fit and finish.

What I see in the photo is a gun in need of adjustable sights, or at least a dovetail rear that doesn’t suck.

I agree it needs a better rear sight. My contacts are saying this is one of three sku's.

How much of these guns are MIM?

    Seems like a lot.

To me revolvers are a luxury gun, and these Colt’s are not luxurious at all.

    Is it 357 magnum?
Let those who are fond of blaming and finding fault, while they sit safely at home, ask, ‘Why did you not do thus and so?’I wish they were on this voyage; I well believe that another voyage of a different kind awaits them.”

I wonder if these will be built in house at Colt. These pistols will have a hard act to follow but hopefully Colt can get it right.

Something just doesn’t look right on that. Maybe it’s the grips or the fixed rear sight but that just looks like a Charter Arms or something. Not a Colt.

My first thought was - who's making them for Colt.
