    Most people run pistol lights such as the X300. Pistol lights aren't capable of producing the necessary throw required for use on a rifle, get out of the 25 yard gun mentality. Cost of either styles are priced very closely.

    Strange, I have no problem on a 100 yard range with an 800 lumen tlr1 (judging by the view of my targets, I’m sure I could be effective if my range was longer). So now that your one example is negated, let’s hear some more.
