The fit depends on the pouch. MP5 magazines are curved. The Colt 32rd magazines are the same dimensions as Uzi 32rd magazines, so Uzi magazines would probably be your best bet.
this is my first 9mm ar , it came with a regular carbine buffer and spring with spacer , the gun runs great but to I need to change to a h or h2 buffer to make it easyer on the gun
No, the buffer that came with your rifle is specific to your gun. It’s 5.5 ounces. It’s a 9mm buffer that colt made specifically for the 6951, 6991 I have a Vltor A5H4 7 ounce buffer. Seems perfect. It’s full auto now(10.5)3A30C02B-7540-492C-BE85-C2E84D758D5F.jpg

I use two comp-tac mag holders. They are longer versions of my CCW and competition mag holders and have stood up to run n gun without any issues.
If you write that you are looking for PCC mag holders there are a lot of options.
Esstac pouches
I have a Colt 6951 and have had no issues running my magazines for it in my old Eagle MP5 Rhodesian chest rig and other pouches. I hope this helps!
I've had the 6951 for some years; mine is a tax stamp gun with 10.5 bbl. It runs fine on the OEM buffer; mine is an older one with A1 irons. I've been running a Geissele SSA.
Can't help you on mag pouches, tho'.

My full auto Colt 6991. Vltor A5H4 buffer. Slowed the rate of fire down a little.
