There are only superficial blemishes on the handgaurd from putting on and taking off accessories on the M-LOK slots. There is also a scratch that occurred on the inside of the handguard where the barrel nut meets the handguard. This happened as I was taking the handguard off the upper. I contacted Centurion Arms and they said that this sometimes happens and will not affect anything with the rail.
