    Found a gooseneck mount at the gun show today for cheap. Stuck my spare Aimpoint PRO on it and awayyy we go.
    Although I should point out this arrangement is going to be for fun at the range as opposed to a "serious" setup. Among other things, the thumbscrew on the QRP-2 mount kind of interferes with easy access to the on/off button on the G2X. Kinda neat, and it ought to be interesting to play around with, but as a general rule "Dora" is going to stay an iron sight AR.

    Interesting name. When I read the thread title, the long nosed FW-190 is what I thought of.
