    Micro Hunter build

Just recently my Micro Galil/Hunter build was completed. This rifle started it’s life as a Norinco Hunter and it was converted to a 7.62x39 Mirco Galil with a 556 part’s kit from Lewis and Black. The parts kit is very unique because it’s a left hand charger. The stock is also super rare now a day.. to think that Botach was selling these for $50 back in the day.

That's actually quite impressive. I never thought you could use a Norinco Hunter receiver in that manner but I guess it does mirror the Galil/Valmet types.

Thank you. Carlos @ CWgunwerks down in Miami does a lot of full sized conversions. It involves some cutting, wielding and lots of fitting. There are other builders who do these conversions and even some that get 5.56 guns and convert them to x39 spec.

Here’s a R4-ish build he did for me on a Tortot reciever.
