I purchased this with the intent of making a clone, but I never did it. The upper is used and has minor cosmetic blemishes.
No BCG, but I have a bunch of well used charging handles and I will toss one in for free. Will come with Colt double heat shield handguards as shown, has a side sling mount installed, and it is clean.
