John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (May 2019)

Looks just as entertaining action wise, with the same level of scriptwriting as Chapter 2. Let’s see.

The dopey kid from Bill and Ted has come a long way.

The last movie was good but a bit too IPSCy at spots.
Let’s hope this one gets a bit grungier because you just don’t mess with a man’s dog or vintage sports car

I thought the first movie was better with a good mix of story, action, scenery, action. 2 definitely ramped up the gunfu center axis relock but lacked depth of story. I think 3 will be like 2.

I think the second movie was a nod to 3-gun competition, at least partly because of Taran Butler's role in training the actors to shoot.

The MPX carbine (complete with 16-inch barrel) with TTI mag extensions and coupled magazines suggests to me that there will be more three-gun homages in this movie.

I get it for three-gun. But for anything, "real world," why not use a select-fire MPX? Or, keeping with the three-gun theme, use the longer MPX carbine handguard with a regular MPX subgun barrel and a can?

Still. I anticipate being entertained by it: It has Halle Berry with an RMR'd G34 and two maligators.

Looks good. 9mm carbines are new gun to have it seems. Gun buddy was tuning up his 9mm yesterday at the range. Fun to shoot.

It's half way to comic book, but at least it's entertaining. The 2nd one was so comp focused, I swear I thought I heard a buzzer and was surprised he didn't get DQ'd for breaking 180....
