Will vortex sparc AR work with the vortex magnifier?

Looking into getting the sparc ar and vortex magnifier for my sbr build. But notice that vortex dosnt recommend pairing the two. Does anyone have any experience with one and say if its OK to pair or to go with another dot set up? They say it can induces some parallax issues, but others say it still works fine. Any word here would be great.

Kinda yes, kinda no. Technically, if they're set at the same height (Lower 1/3 or absolute co-witness height) you'll be able to see through them just fine and use them. The problem with any micro dot behind a magnifier is that it can begin to induce some parallax and you're magnifying a tiny little window, so don't expect to be getting as massive of a field of view as you would looking through a magnifier and the Strikefire II, for example. As long as you are aware of those potential downfalls and it doesn't make a big difference to you, go for it.
