IMHO, it will not really stop many private sales, it will just drive sales underground.
All (besides NFA firearms) firearms bought even a few days before the law would take effect, could easily be sold in a two person,face to face, cash only deal after the new law is in place. As long as you didn’t sell it to an undercover cop or a wired nark using marked money or where there are cameras. If later the firearm sold was used in a crime and you get a knock on your door, it would be your word vs the buyer’s as to **when** the sale took place.

This light is in excellent condition and was made with a MD-2 body with Tricap and the HD 18650 neutral (4,000k) head. It produces 900 lumens and 29,000 lux on high and 30 lumens on low running on a Li-ion 18650 cell. It can also run on a pair of CR123 lithium batteries. Makes for a pretty awesome WML on a long gun too.

Note - the light comes with the Tricap tailcap shown in the first photo. If you would prefer the straight tailcap as shown in the second photo (better for WML use), I can supply it that way.
