Best 9mm/45 1911 Magazines

Hello all,

Recently I bought a 9mm Dan Wesson Valor Commander in 9mm. I’m looking to standardize all my 1911 magazines. My plan is to go with the Wilson 47 HD/+P 7 round 45 magazine with a slim baseplate for my carry guns, Wilson ETM HD/+P’s for my magwell guns.

For my DW, I’m looking for a reliable 9 round (or 10 round) mag that doesn’t have a ridiculously huge baseplate on the bottom. Something similar to a 47 with the thin steel baseplate.

What are the suggestions from the group?

Also, I’ve seen lots of comments regarding 47’s and ETM’s hitting the ejector on 1911’s. Is this a widespread issue?
