    ATEI Contact Issues

    Anyone know if there is anything wrong with ATEI lately?

    I got a call my order was done and ready to ship, gave Nina my card info and she said it would go out. In the past my order's were shipped within 1-2 days of talking with her. It is close to two weeks now and still nothing, not even a card charge for shipping. Called and spoke with someone last Monday, said he'd rely to Nina and she'd call back. No reply.

    Tried emails too and they are not responding. Very abnormal from my previous orders with them.

    I spoke with Nina and Doug earlier this week. Did not notice anything out of the ordinary.

    They were all at shot show. I got my slide back on 2-6-19. Got my email confirming completed, 2-1-19, shipping UPS Ground service.

    Interesting. Mine was completed 1/28.

    Still nothing for me. Really abnormal from my past with them. Hopefully I can get someone to answer soon.

    Check UPS tp see if you have any deliveries to your address from BILLET FLOW TAYLOR, MI, US

    MI should be EST.

    I had all that info, so everything was getting through; some messages just we not getting relayed from phone calls.

    It came down to something being missed on their end. Nina was apologetic but has since got my slides shipped.

    All is good.
