Sling QD Mount Position On 10.5 inch Upper

This is important, but how do you manipulate your light with the sling in the way?

With the Proctor Sling (and I think the same would go with the Blue Force Gear aircraft cable or any other that acts like a choker) it doesn't interfere...just loop it in place. I think the same could be done with an offset light mount and a female QD on the side too.

On most rifles, I run my sling at the 9'clock as far out towards the muzzle as possible.

On an SBR/Pistol of that size, I prefer an attachment point near the magazine well. I didn't like having the sling gummed up with my support hand on such a short rifle.
