    Barrel for 7.62x39 AR build

    Looking at building a 7.62x39 AR, wanting something to run steel cased ammo through. I have several 556 builds all ready and a few spare receiver sets laying around.

    Any suggestions on barrels, am leaning towards a 16" middy?
    Thoughts on these.

    Im a fan of Faxon barrels. The Gunner profile will save you some weight. I didn't care when i bought mine but the faxon barrel is .308 bore fyi.
