I noticed that on the Shamazon page, and it's pretty slick. Even though the majority of my uppers have LaRue rails on my uppers, the few mlok rails I've used (URX4, SLR), I still used the index clips at the 12 o'clock position, but a mlok cable mgt system would allow mounting a switch at those angles unique to mlok (vs a quad rail) like the 11 or 1 o'clock positions. The one time I did mount my tape switch to the 11 o'clock I used industrial double-side tape and zip ties. It was pretty ghetto. Worked, but ghetto and not what I'd call a "best practice", but at the time my only on-hand option and wasn't aware of the Cloud Def. option. I was mlok ignorant.

Doesn’t exactly fit OP’s RFI, but might provide an idea or two. Here’s where I’m at currently:

I’m going to try modifying a Magpul Type 2 at some point.

Thanks for posting this up. Just this weekend I was putting a new flashlight on a MI MLOK handguard.... My wire routing combined some old Magpul clips and zip ties. This would have down the same, just at 90% less ghetto.

Strike Industries ain’t tacticool, but I actually like their other MLOK one slot covers for now.

Probably one of the things I would trust them to do - cheap, plastic bits.

The website isn't up yet, but check out Emissary Development on Instagram. They're about to release some low pro mlok cable management panels.

These seems to be another low profile option.

The same company is also releasing these sometime in the near future, at least from what their IG account states.
