    I wouldn't buy any NFA firearm from them under those conditions.

    I understand that. If you dont buy it, its not NIb and will probably lose value... or am I missing something?

    You're right. If you shot an actual NIB firearm and then didn't purchase it, then it would in theory lose value. However, the OP said that it's not actually NIB.

    You actually believe that an individual will get an approval to make a machine gun on behalf of the Fed gov?
    Besides, it only says tax free, it says nothing about machine guns.
