Which transferable 9mm SMG's can feed or readily be made to feed hollowpoints?

My MP5K-N and MP5-N (both fully German) and feed Speer Gold Dot fine. My Uzi has the standard SMG feed ramp and chokes on hollow points. Having a semiauto type feedramp installed in the Uzi reportedly makes for reliable feeding of hollow point ammunition, though I have no personal experience with this. M16/9 (yuck) is my least favorite SMG but they typically feed hollow point fine.
