Contacted them about it, and they're sending me a new magazine.
ETA: I want to specify that I didn't previously contact them because the magazines are surplus. As surplus, I expect damage, including damage rendering the magazine(s) unusable. And I stated in my email that I didn't expect them to do anything about the magazine, either. (The magazine in question looks fine. It's just bent/crushed enough to prevent the follower from freely traveling.)
