Looks just like the Beretta ARX 100. The answer, however, is no. Different OS.

Strange that they made it black instead of a caramel brown to match the name. At least it will be made near Hershey.

I think I will wait for an Arad upper. I also would prefer to handle and disassemble a Carmel before buying one.
