If MAC’s story is true, it makes sense. Would love to see 1 MOA with 77 gr SMKs (he achieved 1-1.5 moa) but looks solid otherwise.

and before anyone complains about the weight, add an extended rail to a 16” barreled SCAR 16 or similar, you get over 7.5-8 lbs.

Any other range reports/accuracy tests that have been done aside from MAC. Looks like an interesting rifle

I take back what I said about waiting to get one. Bereli had a buy an IWI rifle or shotgun and get a suppressor for free, so I took them up on it. I guess I'm weak. I'll let y'all know my thoughts when it arrives.

A buddy of mine got one and I might get to shoot it this weekend.

Anything you want me to check?

I'll give an update regarding the Carmel that I purchased from Bereli. It arrived at my dealer with a broken stock latch. The latch was literally broken in two pieces. I have no way to know if it left the factory that way or someone at Bereli helped it along. I called IWI on the spot to verify that they'd pay the return shipping. They said they would, so I completed the transfer and then shipped it back to them using a label that IWI provided. Since it's been over two months, I called today to get an update regarding the repair. I figured that they were waiting on the latch, but my guess was wrong. While the latch has been replaced, I found out that there's now a recall relating to the firing pin blocker. I should have gone by my usual rule and waited a year. To top it off, Bereli still hasn't shipped the "free" suppressor to my dealer. It's been over two months, but they claim that they're waiting on the ATF.

I suspect IWI is a tad busy at the moment.

IWI US was quick to respond when I lost my gas adjustment knob due to user error at the range. They rushed the part out so I could keep testing the Carmel against some rivals.

Holy cow. Thatís quite the lineup. What are your top picks at this point?

Say, favorite CQB, general purpose, competition, and precision?
