Thanks for the headsup--looked at GG&G as a possible, but the preference for low triangle rather than common high slot was a deference to female sensibilities... if the GF breaks a nail slamming it into the endplate while racking the CH, I'm probably not getting any that night, ya know?     This is the only way I could find that end plate new (BTW..not far from Niagara Falls) https://www.firearmsoutletcanada.com...l#.XLHP1-hKhUT There is a guy in Nova Scotia that parts out rifles that occasionally has them used (Nordic Rifles).

    That end plate would make a perfect key chain for the drive back.
