Velocity Systems LWPC and M4 Placard

I have a L/XL Velocity Systems Lightweight Plate Carrier in Ranger Green with a L cummerbund. This is the slick back model with MOLLE cummerbund. It also includes a Ranger Green SwiftClip M4 Placard that holds 4 rifle mags and has three GP pouches. Very lightly used.

I can send pics on request. I’d like $175 for both the PC and Placard OBO. Will ship via USPS Priority.

Would trade towards a quality 11.5 or 12.5 5.56 barrels, Crye JPC in MC or RG, Surefire DF lights or other offers.
