The Brownell's retro parts are fine. The receivers are NoDak Spud forgings machined by AeroPrecision. I forget who makes the barrels, but I recall that they are a reputable maker. No idea who makes the small parts, especially the retro small parts.

Update:
Recall that the $1299 rifle was on sale for $899. I ordered it at that price. Next day they put it on sale for another 10% off. I emailed them asking if they'd credit me the 10% since I missed the sale by 1 day. I certainly had no claim.
They just responded with the next best thing. $90 off next purchase. Which I will use sooner or later.
