90 grain mk speed out of a 10.5” barrel

Curious if anyone has any speed info for a 10.5” barrel in 5.56 with 90 grain match kings? I found a 10.5” barrel with a 5” twist, and thought about building another pistol. Not sure what use it would be good for though, but I have been trying to build something new with all the parts I have. Parts have been so cheap I’m at the point of trying the ridiculous I guess. I reload so it might be worth it to just learn. I know the 224 Valkyrie was having issues with the 90 plus grain wights with the 7 twist. So I figure a 5 twist would work good. It might could be a hard hitting pdw also with the heavy pills. I don’t have a Valkyrie, so I don’t the heaviest pills they make for .224.

I don't think you can load the 90's to magazine length, IIRC even the 80's are single load for matches.
