I'll admit, I've got a factory extension on one G23 mag (they only give you +1 in .40), but yes, I won't be putting any on G19 mags, I run G17 mags in a G19 even as a primary quite often.

My experiences:
-Glock +2s have always been 100% reliable for me, regardless of a spring swap.
-I've got several 21 round Magpuls, none of which are totally reliable even with brass case ammo; they're range mags only for me.
-The Glock 24 round mags are great but too long, since I conceal with extensions.
-I've had negative (spontaneous disassembly) experiences with TTIs.
-Dawson +5s are awesome and pretty much the only aftermarket (non-glock) extensions I use at this point.
That's not to say others aren't great; I tried a few until I got to Dawsons and pretty much stopped there.
You sayin' the 24 rounders are too long for concealment as a spare in a mah pouch? Are they that much longer than Magpul 21s?
I have had the exact same experiences. Although the 21s have only very occasionally failed that's still 100% more than OEM. Sad because I love the form factor...
I have had a loaded G19X +2 mag explode when dropped 5' onto asphalt... It was fun finding all the pieces but it did go back together ok.
I will try the Dawson's.
Thanks!
Dennis.
