    He's like me. He doesn't allow anyone else access to his gun stuff when he's not around. If he totally changed his mind about this, then he'd have to create a trust and transfer what he has at $200 a pop. He doesn't see that happening, so he went the individual route because it's simpler to do and maintain. I think that it's important that people understand all the reasons for setting up a trust before doing so. I think that a bunch of people do it because so many others do. The primary reasons that trusts got started for NFA stuff was to get around CLEO's that wouldn't sign and to be able to add items without a background check if multiple people are involved. Those two reasons are now gone.
