PSAK-47 GF3 with FN made barrels are suppose to be released around Q4 2019.
While I appreciate that someone is finally starting to try and build domestic AKs with serious quality control, given the prices I think it would still be easier to track down a SAR1, Maadi or a half other dozen examples that are still reasonably priced even if no longer imported.

Too bad CAI didn't go with FN barrels when they made their Tantals, Yugos and a bunch of others that could have been "basically good" if not for Green Mountain barrels and the like.

Also, FN barrels don't mean much. They haven't made them, there's no long term reviews of them. Just because it's FN doesn't mean PSA didn't negotiate for some cheap shit. They can make as good a barrel as PSA is willing to pay

This is true. The FN rollmarked M4 was sadly little more than a hobby rifle.

It won't bit then in the ass because most people won't see the difference. If it worked that way people would have stopped buying Century long ago. And people are still buying IO made junk despite years of putting out garbage

Century, and IO don't build barrels, or weaponry for government contracts. I can see this conversation going nowhere and getting stoooopid. Oh wait! It already has..................
