Fair asking price for Aimpoint Pro ?

Mine is lightly used and due to my changing eyesight I doubt I will use it anymore. I still have the box. What is a fair asking price for one of these ? I think new the sell for $400-500 ?

I’ve bought a few in good condition on the EE for $320-$330

Disclosure: I am affiliated PRN with a tactical training center, but I speak only for myself. I have no idea what we sell, other than CLP and training. I receive no income from sale of hard goods.

    It should sell from $300-330.

Anymore than that and I’ll pay $50 to buy a new one.

They sell for $400 on sale these days.

We pay $239 for a gently used Aimpoint Pro with the stock mount. For the people that don't have the time / desire / or privileges of the Equipment Exchange, it's a fast, dependable option.

If you can get more than $320 for yours, I think you've done well.

2/3rds of cheapest new price is a good rule of thumb for used firearm related items.

My rule is... No more than 75% of lowest price availible with shipping included if it shows as new with the original packaging. I sell the same way. It will bring $300 shipped without much trouble.

You get to set your own price, but even for very reliable gear like aimpoints, for 2/3 or more of new "on sale" price I won't bite. Just not worth it.

An exception might be if I personally knew the individual or equipment since it was new.

Half of a good sale price I get very interested, but tapers off approaching 2/3.

Also depends on if you want a quick sale or you're trying to maximize dollars.

Pros are both common enough and go on heavily discounted sales enough that I've never bought used. Just not worth it.

More expensive stuff like acogs or high $$ optics I might hedge upwards some. IE: when I'd be saving hundreds over new.
