AU had some of the 6.5 uppers, but they’re sold out atm.

I got mine for 1530 after taxes, so it was really close. There were two places that I seen them for under 1400, but obviously out of stock. So I was surprised that I seen one in stock at a local shop for a tad over msrp. Several have them up to 2k or more.

Nice. I was bummed when I seen they were sold out everywhere, then my local shop had one as well so I bagged it. Out the door for me was 1700. Mine is quickly becoming one of my favorite rifles.

Funny that we’re talking about the current market for Colt long guns. I bought an AR901 lower from AU for 500.00 and the complete upper for 800.00. Then bought the correct LE901 Ambi stuff and a Geissele SSA-E... I’m only 1700.00 into my whole build.

If they had the 308 one I would consider it. I don’t plan on hopping on the 6.5 train. I have 308 stuff already and I don’t feel like adding another caliber.

The good thing on the 6.5 is that everything is the same except for the ammo. I wouldn’t mind picking up just the upper and a few mags for just the 6.5. I wish theyd bring us an 18” 308. But thats a longshot.

Pretty sure the Canadian C20 is based on a LE901 and it has a 20” barrel... maybe those barrels will become available?
