Thanks again for everyone's feedback. I installed a PRS on an A5 equipped lower last night and swapped my SSA-E to that lower. Looking forward to running it this week.

I threw a 16" med weight upper with a 2.5x10 Vortex on the lower last night and ran it in a stage last night. I found it much easier to get steady/stay steady when prone, and make hits on the 200 yard 4" plate during the course of fire. Course of fire was standing on 5 decent sized hangers, go prone and hit the 6" and 4" plate at 200 (all targets at 200 yards). Bipods allowed, but no bags. I can appreciate the flat bottom of the stock and being able to hook my hand a little better.
