Gen 5 G34 FS. Send it to agency because MOS sucks.

Why?

More velocity, longer sight radius if you choose to run sights rather than an RMR, and the G34 will keep your X300U clean where the G17 covers it in carbon.

If you think you may put a RDS on, get one with a MOS. It is better have one with MOS than to mill one which will cost (money that can go towards purchase of RDS) you more money and it will void the warranty. If you end up not using a RDS, no big deal and just leave the plate on.

I really like the Gen 5 guns. They figured some things out with them. Couldn't care less about finger grooves one way or another, but the trigger, barrel, and finish are all improvements.
