The Russians are a lot more westernized than people think. They also have been buying and using HK 41x rifles for the last few years. Glocks too.

The AK is really only used by their big army.

So it kinda deflates the AK fanboyism. Still it’s interesting.

54R is between the 308 and 3006 for power. But 308 has MANY more choices when it comes to bullets.
