I like my A3s just fine. Have a couple of more in reserve.

I'm amazed that ATF hasn't shut this down.
There are true .223 handguns, such as the Rock River or the Extar.

The only thing I can think of is, maybe they figure if they throw us a bone on "un-SBR SBR's" via brace we won't try to legislate or litigate a lot of their other unconstitutional crap that built Todd Jones and now Canterbury's little Evil Empire. (Yeah, right... right near the top of my Powerball Win List is funding somebody to bring a second look at Miller in light of how everybody and his damn DOG in combat arms today is issued a suppressed select-fire weapon, and more often than not one that's also an SBR.)

If I had to rate one for balance, probably the 10.5" w/ it's extended flash hider. Performance-wise, they're all gtg. There's a really good possibility I don't know enough to make a proper assessment, however, balance and all those nuances just don't factor in for me unless it's something crazy. No "crazy" stuff here. 99.9% of my shooting is 50m and in, multi-targets, speed. If they fire w/ no malfunctions over a magazine or two (normally 20-rounds per) and I hit close to my poa, I'm a happy camper.
Though I have a linear comp on the little 8.5", it makes little but a noticeable difference in noise back to me. Believe I have an H3 in it. I have done carbine, H2, H3 in it and not a dime's worth of difference. A little difference (very little) regarding distance and direction of tossed brass. Nice little gun imo. I must say with the compactness of the weapon, it can feel like a cinder block when grabbing it from its rack, car seat, etc. But in reality it's not heavy.
