I'm trying to minimize the amount of uppers and parts that I have floating around. I either won't get to the builds I have planned or don't really shoot the uppers that much. My loss could be your gain.
(1) Used 14.5" upper (approx. 500 rounds):

-Dead Air Keymount brake: SOLD The brake is NOT pinned so this is an NFA upper. Easily sub-MOA with good match ammo. Dead Air mount can be removed for a reduced cost.

(2) Used 11.5" upper (approx 200 rounds):
-M4 forged upper receiver (BCM?): $50 Shipped
-11.5" Triarc barrel (w/reduced gas port): $200 Shipped The barrel was a special run with a reduced sized gas port and is intended to be ran suppresssed. That said, my upper did cycle with 5.56 pressure ammo. Will include Geissele gas block (clearanced slightly to fit inside URX) and gas tube.
-KAC URX 3.1 10.75" handguard: $225 Shipped
-BCM bcg $100 Shipped
-Radian charge handle $60 Shipped
-Dead Air Keymount flash hider: $50 Shipped SPF Dead Air mount can be removed for a reduced cost.

-cut-down JP Supermatch barrel with midlength gas system (cut down from 16"): SOLD This was built to experiment with midlength gas on shorter barrels. Barrel has been painted. Cycled both suppressed and unsuppressed.
-ALG V3 12" handguard (gray): SOLD
-JP FMOS carrier with unknown bolt: SOLD
-Dead Air Keymount brake: SOLD
