Having retired from Tinker and still have friends there that live in base housing, I can attest to the fact Balfour Beatty sucks big donkey butt.
Experience is a cruel teacher, gives the exam first and then the lesson.

Balfour Beatty also does work maintaining some of the industry properties’ rail infrastructure that we deal with. They can almost universally be counted on to do poor quality work, and to work as sloppily as possible.
My favorite is their indifferent attitude towards track flags and placement of said flags. A red flag is supposed to protect men and equipment working on the track, what good does it do to put the flags up 10ft from where you’re going to work? Loaded coal trains can take awhile to stop.
I can only imagine how poorly they maintain residential dwellings.
