    Custom M16A1 Barrel

I am looking for a Custom M16A1 Barrel that is, chrome lined, chambered in 223/5.56 Wylde with M4 Feed ramps and 1:7 twist that is parkerized, DCM Heavy to the gas block with correct markings. Who can make it?

What you are looking for is not M16A1. It is more like HBAR which is nothing like a M16A1 barrel.

Soooo you’ve heard of this thing called “service rifle match”?

    Cheers.

I have. Service rifle and match barrels are not M16A1 type barrels. The A1 uses a pencil profile barrel. Here is a link to a service rifle barrel.

This is an A1 profile barrel.

    See the difference.

I'm curious as to what part of the barrel OP described is supposed to be M16A1.

FFS I want it to “Appear” to be an M16A1 Barrel (e.g. “Profile” from the gas block forward.

If you can consider a regular barrel extension, the barrel you seek is more available. M4 barrel extension is completely unnecessary with a 20” barrel and rifle lower.

I understood what you meant from the start. It's really not that hard. I've been wanting this exact thing for years and have not found anything off the shelf, as you have probably also found to be the case. You might be stuck modifying something close. I have a 20" from www.ar15performance.com that's really good. They might have something you can tweak. Criterion has a 20" that's close. Otherwise, AR15barrels.com might be still making custom barrels, I'm not sure.
