Alleged members of the Sinaloa Mexican drug cartel turned themselves in at the U.S. border last week after being involved in a massive gun battle right next to the border that resulted in numerous deaths.

After everything has been extracted, the Mexicans should be given five assassination missions inside Mexico to complete.
