He had some kind of mini mousegun saturday night special. Tried to shoot his intended victim once, it didn't fire, fiddle with it, did a little dance around, came forward and tried to shoot his victim again. The gun still didn't fire and he finally gave up and ran away.

Best security cam footage I've ever seen was of some POS feral human robbing a jewelry store with a revolver. Apparently the little blond girl behind the counter wasn't packing up cash and jewelry fast enough so he smacked her in the head with the gun a few times to make her work faster.
When that didn't produce his desired result he point the gun at her head, pulled the trigger and then CLICK. Unable to figure out why the revolver didn't fire he turned it around, looked down the barrel, pulled the trigger and got a successful discharge which took a portion of his head off.
Felt bad for the girl who got smacked around but I probably laughed for a solid 10 minutes.

This is not uncommon. Most thugs have never fired a firearm, until they pull the trigger that causes aggravated assault or murder. The quality of a lot of crook guns is low (Lorcin, Jimenez, etc etc). I've seen a magazine with the rounds put in backwards. I've seen several crook guns that were not fully loaded, a surprising number of these. These people ain't pros.
