Anybody still making tape-switch adapters for Surefire G2's?

I know the heyday of the Surefire G2 as a weaponlight was many years ago--most threads I've seen about options date to around '06, and most of the options recommended back then are no longer available. Even Grant at G&R, who seems to have been one of the pioneers in "good but affordable gear" appears to have left that niche behind.

Is there anything left, or should I just settle for a clicky-cap and an offset mount to bring the light down to thumb-level on the VFG?

Surefire XM tailcap should work, I think.
