I'm attempting to attach an RMR to my optic using the Sphur A-0010 interface. The interface comes with a shim plate and I do not need the additional height but it appears the posts are too tall to mount without it? Second the 7/16" factory RMR screws barely grab. What size screws do I need. I'm only seeing 3/8" and 7/16" for sale? What am I doing wrong here?
