    I would say just get a noveske barrel, but those are ~400

    ETA: Looks like primary arms has one for $440. It does come with a gas block and gas tube so you save about $50-60 on that alone.

    With your budget, check out the BCM SS 16" 5.56 Recce with mid-length gas. I've run one of these for the last 4 years and the accuracy is awesome.

    Good to hear. I'm still piecing together a rifle for my MPR barrel.
