    ? on 7.5" barrel length

If I purchase a complete upper with 7.5" barrel to put on my "pistol" lower, does this fall under NFA?

Yes, the lower was purchases as a Pistol with 10.5" upper.

    Thanks

No. Any reason you think it would?
AQ planned for years and sent their A team to carry out the attacks, and on Flight 93 they were thwarted by a pick-up team made up of United Frequent Fliers. Many people look at 9/11 and wonder how we can stop an enemy like that. I look at FL93 and wonder, "How can we lose?". -- FromMyColdDeadHand

Nope, you can put any length barrel/upper you want on it.

My concern when purchasing on line or via our “Equipment Exchange” Forum the seller would require some document related to NFA (these are my thoughts as someone who knows zip about NFA), therefore the question.
