Patriotism means to stand by the country. It does not mean to stand by the President... - Theodore Roosevelt, Lincoln and Free Speech, Metropolitan Magazine, Volume 47, Number 6, May 1918.

Every Communist must grasp the truth. Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun. Our principle is that the Party commands the gun, and the gun must never be allowed to command the Party Mao Zedong, 6 November, 1938 - speech to the Communist Patry of China's sixth Central Committee

If, after removing the nail polish, you still want fill the fill marks on your firearm, do it right and use Lacquer Stiks. It's what professionals use to fill stampings on machines parts, engravings on bowling balls and so on. They're much easier to use and faster than nail polish, model paints and other silliness that's usually suggested by amateurs.

Thanks for the headsup on those--the GF's a huge Resident Evil fan, so I'm toying with the idea of color-filling an Umbrella lower (if they ever come through with more) as a "personal touch" for aesthetics on her iron.
