Shellback Tactical Banshee 2.0 Elite plate carrier. Has built in hydration pouch and admin pouch. Also has a Blaze Defense QR Tubes attachment for quick release on the cummerbund.
There is a slight red tint to a small area of loop on the rear of the carrier. It came from "fake blood" from a Ditch Medicine/Hugh Coffee class and just never got around to washing it out.
