    KAC SR16 complete upper group complete nib. Asking $1700.00 shipped conus

    I have a NIB KAC SR16 upper group as new shipped from KAC. these are Gov. Trade In uppers. Complete SR16 upper comes with 3 rail panels ,E3 BCG and sights includes factory box and sleeve upper was opened and inspected never even mounted to a lower. this is from the most recent SR16 shipments c grade.
