WITHDRAWN Centurion / Black River Tactical 16” SPR

    WITHDRAWN FOR TIME BEING

This one was put together as an “urban SPR/updated recce carbine.”
And...I have 25 and 50 yard ranges at which to shoot. It was a fun project, and I think it should be offered like this by some vendor. The gun is super handy, but it’s being wasted by me.

I shot less than 40 rounds to test feeding and cycling of all sorts of 5.56 and .223 ammo, but finished with fifteen rounds of Black Hills 77gr TMK, which I intended to be the primary ammunition. I was at a 25 yd range and can’t speak to accuracy, as I literally just wanted to make sure everything was assembled and functioning properly.

    PARTS LIST

Centurion upper and lower forged receivers (low serial number)
    Centurion 13” CMR M-LOK handguard
BRT 16” OPTIMUM SPR Stainless barrel (.556MOD0 chamber)
Pinned BRT gas block with BRT gas tube
    LaRue 5/8x24 A2 flash hider
    Centurion C4 BCG (unfired)
BCM Mod 4 charging handle (used ~500rds on another gun, and a lot of dry manipulations)
    Sionics Builder LPK
    SIG extended bolt catch
    Magpul extended mag release
Aero Precision rifle receiver extension, buffer, and spring
    Aero Precision A2 pistol grip
    CavArms A1 stock
    LaRue MBT-2S trigger
Coyote sling adaptor for A1 stock - can’t remember if this was BFG or...VTAC.

    Options:
Switch the MBT-2S out with a Geissele G2S (<60 rounds). No change in cost.
Remove the Magpul extended mag release and knock $10 off the price.
I really don’t feel like changing the bolt catch, but will switch it to the Sionics bolt catch if desired.

    $

Price does not include shipping or any fees.

    Super unenthusiastic bump.
    I like this rifle.
    I don’t need this rifle.
Someone take this off my hands.

This is still here. It’s still really nice looking in my safe. But it has everything you could hope for in a rifle...
