    Right! And even if you are ISO certified it doesn't mean your designs / products aren't crap to start out with.

    Bingo. Objectively in spec doesn't mean that it's subjectively good.

    Yup!

    ISO and Six Sigma aren't the end all be all, but they provide for a solid process of how to do things the right way. Some follow it, some don't, and you can usually tell the ones that only have it for show. QA/QC are, IMHO, the most important processes in manufacturing and when they are janky, then the end result can be very, very bad, especially as it pertains to life saving and life taking equipment.

    Yes, VERY quickly. To be fair I'm using a heavy profile barrel in that build, BUT I've used this barrel in other builds with more traditional handguards, and have had much better results.
