    Of course, it is not designed to do that.

    Functionally, though... Well, I’m no Popeye, but I think I would not want to be a manufacturer (of the brace itself) facing down the ATF on the topic.

    Why?

    Braces are subpar and lame. Get whatever works on a standard RE and live your life.

    I have a rifle with a 10.5” barrel that was never Form 1’d.
