    Hey Greg,

I just got a Vigil Commander in 45acp. I was totally blow away, it's a tack driver. So much so I ordered another one. Naturally, I did change out the rear sight for a 10-8 rear .156 and a Dawson Precision .115 front. The thumb safety is a little sharp though. I would rate this up there with any of my Custom Built, Full Sized steel 1911's that cost 4 times the cost. Buy without hesitation.

    Now you tell me!
Let those who are fond of blaming and finding fault, while they sit safely at home, ask, ‘Why did you not do thus and so?’I wish they were on this voyage; I well believe that another voyage of a different kind awaits them.”

I like Dan Wessons, but I think you made the right choice.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    $4000 too late.

Seriously, while a Dan Wesson will get the job done at 1/3 the price, the Wilson is a beautifully executed gun. Like comparing a Corolla vs. a Lexus.

Riots are like sports, it's better to watch it on TV at home.
